Shipping policy

Where your order ships from

Strapion bands ship directly from our manufacturing partner's warehouse. We are not a domestic warehouse operation and we would rather tell you plainly before you buy.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Typical delivery is 4 to 9 business days from order confirmation, which is approximately 3 to 6 calendar weeks.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak periods can extend them.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will notify you by email and offer you the choice of:

accepting a revised shipping date, or
cancelling the order for a full refund.

If you do not respond to a delay notice, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. You never need to accept an indefinite delay.

Shipping costs

United States, orders of $30 or more: free standard shipping.
United States, orders under $30: a flat $5.95.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Duties, taxes and customs

Orders ship internationally. Import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your location and are not included in the price shown at checkout. Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking information can take several days to begin updating after dispatch.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the item price.
