About your order
Include your order number if you have one — it's in your confirmation email and starts with #. That's the fastest way for us to find you.
To follow a shipment yourself, use the tracking link in the dispatch email we send when your band leaves the warehouse. If you haven't received it yet, check our shipping policy for current delivery times before writing to us.
Returns and refunds
Start any return by emailing us first — please don't send anything back before we reply, because our returns work differently from most stores. The full process is in our refund policy.

Our fit guide covers every model we support. If you're still unsure which one you need, send us a photo of your device and we'll tell you.
Privacy
Anything you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy. We don't use your email for marketing unless you ask us to.

Strapion is an independent accessories brand. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by WHOOP, Inc., and we can't help with your WHOOP membership, your device hardware or your app data — for that you'll need WHOOP's own support.
