Delivery times
Our bands ship directly from our manufacturing partner's warehouse. Typical delivery is 15 to 30 business days from order confirmation.
We would rather tell you plainly before you buy: we are not a domestic warehouse with next-day delivery. In exchange, the price is a fraction of what an official band costs. If you need a band by a specific date, factor that in.
Shipping cost

- No minimums, no surprise charges at checkout.
Order tracking
You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3 to 7 days to show movement — that is normal during international transit and does not mean the package is lost.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take longer than the standard window.
Order running late?
If more than 35 business days have passed and your order has not arrived, message us from the Contact page with your order number. We will look into it, and if the package is lost we refund you in full.
