Check your device before you order. This is the single biggest cause of returns: bands for the Whoop 5.0 and the Whoop 5.0 MG are not interchangeable, because the sensor housing is a different size.
Whoop 5.0 or Whoop 5.0 MG?
- Whoop 5.0 — the standard model. If you bought the base membership, this is yours.
- Whoop 5.0 MG — the Medical Grade version with ECG. You can spot it by the metal contacts on the side of the sensor. If your membership includes electrocardiogram features, you have the MG.

What about sizing?
Every band we sell is adjustable and fits wrists from 5.5" to 8" (14–20 cm). There is no size to choose — you pick a design, and you set the fit when you put it on.
Do Special Edition bands fit both models?
Yes. Every band, Classic or Special Edition, comes in both a Whoop 5.0 and a Whoop 5.0 MG version. Just pick yours at checkout.
