If the band is not what you hoped for, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it.
Conditions
- The item must be in original condition, without signs of extended wear.
- You do not need to keep the packaging sealed, but the item should be complete.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for defective items or an error on our side.
Defective or wrong item
If your band arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, the return is completely free and you choose between a replacement or a full refund. Send us a photo from the Contact page and we will sort it out without asking you to ship anything back first.
How to start a return
- Message us from the Contact page with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 48 hours with the return address.
- Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of us receiving the return, to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
